Instructor<\/span><\/p>\n

Kristin has been attending classes in DF Academy since she was 10 years old. Last year, she was offered to go through a mentorship under Ashleigh to train as an instructor for kids. Kristin have learnt many things throughout the years under her guidance and has gained more knowledge after assisting her in her classes. She learnt that there are different ways of approach to use to teach kids. Some of them require a gentler way of teaching and some require more attention than others. She has also learnt that it is okay to let loose a little sometimes but it is important to know how to get their focus back. The instructor must know when is the right time to do certain things. <\/span><\/p>\n
